Our Story
Gandhi Seva Samithi began with a simple belief: that no family should go without food, medicine, or dignity because help didn't reach them in time. Based in Alampatty, Madurai, we work directly with families — coordinating fast, practical support instead of long procedures.
We are not a large institution. We are a community-driven service group that responds quickly — often within a day — to genuine need, using direct contact through phone and WhatsApp rather than paperwork-heavy processes.
To provide fast, dignified, and transparent support for food, medical, and elder-care needs — and to build a community of volunteers and donors who serve without expecting anything back.
We keep things simple on purpose. No one should have to navigate a complicated system to ask for help, and no donor should have to wonder where their contribution went. Every request is handled personally, every update is shared honestly.
